IMPORTANT FOR 2025 – please note the showcase will be open from 27 to 29 February (including ELTF Americas day), so you are required to man the table top on those days.
Tabletop exhibitors will be allocated a table in Texas Ballroom which is next door to the conference area. Each company will receive one table, 2 chairs and access to power and must display any/all products and promotional items on top of the table (no additional tables, racks, stands etc. can be used). You can bring a maximum of 2 banners, all banners/backdrops must fit behind the table and be no wider than the table itself. The tables are 6’ x 30” if you wish to bring your own branded table cloth.
Note that the Showcase Exhibition is not open to the public, only to conference attendees and during conference hours. You will be allocated a table position upon arrival.
You will be able to set up your table on Monday 27 January from 7AM, if set up on Sunday 26 February afternoon will be available, we will confirm it closer to the time.
