The Showcase Exhibition will be open from and including Tuesday, January 19th, ELTF Americas. This isn’t optional and the table must be manned for the duration of the 3 days. Your complimentary registrations will include All Access passes. If you register additional staff, please make sure they are registered for All Access too.

WHAT’S NEW FOR 2027

We would like to inform you of an update regarding AeroEngines & ELTF Americas 2027. As part of our efforts to streamline and enhance the event experience, we are transitioning from the digital event guide to a more integrated presence on our official event app, Brella.

From 2027 onwards, all sponsor and exhibitor opportunities will be featured directly within the event app, which serves as the primary platform for attendees to connect, network, and engage before, during, and after the event. This change is designed to provide greater visibility and interaction for sponsors while aligning with the preferences of our audience.

 

Each exhibitor will receive:

  • One (1) covered table (6’x30’’)
  • Two (2) chairs 
  • One (1) tent card displaying company name 
  • Access to electricity

FedEx are the in-house shipping provider and will manage onsite. We do not have a freight partner for this event and you are able to use whichever supplier you prefer. 

Please ensure that you take note of the below delivery label and handling and storage fees, and kindly make sure that it arrives no earlier than 4 days prior to the event date.

Any deliveries that you have arranged to be shipped to the hotel can either be collected from the onsite Fedex Office/Business Centre by your team attending or, you can arrange for these to be delivered to your table in advance by filling out this CC form and sending it to usa1060@fedex.com

You are permitted 1-2 roll-up type banners behind your table. Not to exceed 38 inches/1mt each or 76 inches/2m total width, 6.5ft/2mt height and single sided.

If you plan to bring a light box, please ensure this is single sided.

  • Keep text compact and to the point with clear, compelling messaging 
  • Use consistent brand colors throughout your display 
  • Include QR codes to make it easy for people to connect with you digitally

  • Maximize limited space by focusing on key messages and visuals

  • Remember the lower part of your banner will not be visible behind the table
